We this is probably my last post for a while. We are spending our last day at the pool and pool bar. The other day we went to a bunch of islands to the east of phuket, one you might recognise is the image at the top, it is Maya Bay, nice. Yesterday we went to the Similan islands, to the west of Phuket, some of my favorite snorkelling to date, the photo at the bottom was taken just before we jumped out of the boat. Ive never seen water that blue, and warm, and swarming with fish and coral. We saw Angel, Trumpet, Parrot and Banner fish, just to name a few as well as one lonely Marbled Sea Cucumber. Anyway. So tomorrow we get the night train back to Bangkok for our final night, which will probably entail trying to fit everything in our bags.... tight sqeeze. Crashing for the night and then flying out the next arvo, so we get home on Saturday arvo some time. Its been an adventure and a real test for Fi and I.
